Flooring contractor services in El Paso, TX

Anchor El Paso Epoxy Flooring is a flooring contractor in El Paso, TX, and we work on concrete, from garage and basement slabs to shop floors, patios and pool decks. We offer 16 services. On any of them, the price mostly comes down to the size of the floor, the shape the slab is in, how much old coating or glue has to come off and which system suits the way you use the space. The schedule turns on that prep and on how long the system needs to cure before you walk or park on it. Your on-site estimate explains what we found and why each step is there.

  • Close view of a gray epoxy floor coating with black, white, and gray flakes beside a plain wall.

    Epoxy Floor Coatings

We grind the concrete, then lay down a multi-coat epoxy system that gives garages, basements and workrooms a hard, glossy floor that wipes clean and stands up to everyday wear.

  • Glossy gray flake-coated floor in a garage with dark walls, an open garage door, and a large window.

Commercial & Industrial Epoxy Floor Coatings

Running a shop, warehouse or kitchen floor that takes forklifts, spills and foot traffic? We build thicker epoxy systems for that use and plan the work around your hours.

  • Gray-and-white flake epoxy covers a utility-room floor beneath a furnace and water heater.

    Garage Floor Coatings

Hot tires lifting the old paint off your garage floor? We grind the slab, fix cracks and put down a coating made to hold up to cars, oil and tools.

  • Close-up of a gray, black, and white flake-coated floor with intersecting expansion joints.

    Polyaspartic Floor Coatings

Polyaspartic is a coating that cures much faster than epoxy and holds its color in sunlight, so it suits garages and patios where you want the space back quickly.

  • Dark metallic epoxy floor with flowing white veining reflects overhead lights in a room with white cabinets.

    Metallic Epoxy Flooring

We pour metallic epoxy in swirls and layers of pigment that look like polished stone or moving water. It makes a showpiece floor for living areas, studios and showrooms.

  • Light-gray flake-coated balcony floor beside black-framed sliding glass doors and a metal railing.

    Urethane Cement Flooring

Urethane cement is a thick, tough floor system for commercial kitchens, breweries and food plants, where hot washdowns, grease and temperature swings would wear out ordinary epoxy.

  • Highly polished dark concrete floor reflects tall windows and wood paneling in a modern lobby with stairs.

    Polished Concrete Flooring

Prefer the look of your own slab? We grind it smooth in stages and harden it until it shines, which gives homes, offices and stores a low-upkeep floor.

  • Gray-and-white speckled epoxy floor fills a covered patio beside sliding glass doors and garden beds.

    Stained Concrete Flooring

We color bare concrete with acid or water-based stains that soak in rather than sit on top, giving patios, basements and living rooms rich, mottled tones.

  • Bright locker room with rows of wood lockers, white benches, and a glossy light floor with dark rectangular accents.

    Terrazzo Flooring

Want a floor with chips of marble or glass set in and ground flat? That's terrazzo, and we install the poured epoxy kind for lobbies, schools and homes.

  • Glossy metallic epoxy floor with flowing gray, white, and copper swirls in a dark-walled room.

    Basement Flooring

Damp basement slab where carpet smells and tile lets go? We check the moisture first, then pick a coating or sealed concrete floor that handles what the slab gives off.

  • Expansive smooth light-gray floor in a brightly lit industrial space with white support columns and exposed ceiling pipes.

    Concrete Grinding & Surface Preparation

Most coatings that peel weren't prepped well, so we grind the slab to open its surface and take off old sealer and high spots before any floor goes down.

  • Smooth, sealed concrete floor reflecting overhead lights in a warehouse with shelving and white walls.

    Concrete Sealing

A clear sealer soaks into or coats your driveway, patio or garage slab so it resists stains and wear. It's a good fit for concrete that's still in good shape.

  • Gray-and-black speckled epoxy coats a raised garage floor step and the surrounding floor beside a white door.

    Concrete Resurfacing & Overlays

When a patio, walkway or driveway is pitted and flaking but solid underneath, we bond a thin cement overlay to it for a fresh surface without tearing it out.

  • Blue, white, and gray flake epoxy covers a garage floor with matching coating along the wall edges.

    Self-Leveling Concrete & Overlays

Self-leveling cement flows out flat over low spots and uneven slabs, so we use it to give you a smooth, level base for tile, wood, vinyl or a new coating.

  • Brown resurfaced concrete covers outdoor steps and a landing bordered by stacked stone, decorative rocks, and greenery.

    Pool Deck Coatings & Resurfacing

Pool deck too hot to walk on, or cracked and chalky after years of sun? We repair and resurface it with a textured, light-colored finish that's easier on bare feet.

  • A smooth gray industrial floor coating with a subtle speckled texture extends beneath metal equipment and pipes.

    Concrete Floor Stripping & Removal

We strip old epoxy, paint, carpet glue and tile adhesive down to clean concrete. That's the first step when a coating is failing or nobody knows what's on the floor.

Why people call us for the tricky floors

  • We diagnose the slab first

Before I recommend a system, I work out why your concrete is peeling, sweating or holding onto an old coating, because that answer decides what will hold. Whoever you hire, ask them what's going on under the finish before they quote you.

  • The estimator stays on the job

I come out and write your estimate, and I'm back on site to check the prep before our own crew puts anything down. That way, what we talked about at your floor is what gets done.

  • We'll say if it's not ready

If a slab has a moisture problem or a failing patch that has to be dealt with first, we tell you plainly, even when that means a smaller job for us. It's better to hear that now than to watch a new coat lift later.

Got a floor that's giving you trouble? Tell us about it or call (915) 265-1229.

What happens after you reach out

  1. Call or send a request

Call (915) 265-1229 or fill out the form, and tell us what the floor is doing and how you use the space. We reply within one business day to set a time for me to come out. The estimate is free, done at your place and comes with no obligation.

  2. I look at the floor

I come out myself, look at the slab and run the checks that matter for your job, such as moisture, cracks and whatever is already on the surface. Then I walk you through your options and what each one trades off, so you know why every step in the estimate is there.

  3. We prep and install

Once you pick a system, our own crew preps the slab and puts the system down, and I'm there to check the prep before anything goes on. Before we start, we check permit rules with the office that covers your address. If your job needs a permit, we handle the paperwork or walk you through filing it yourself.

  4. We walk the finished floor

When the last coat is down, we walk the finished floor with you and look it over together. We also go over when you can walk on it, park on it and move things back, based on how long that system needs to cure. Your satisfaction, guaranteed.
