Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Anchor El Paso Epoxy Flooring handles the information you share with us through this website, by phone or in person when you ask about a floor. We're a flooring contractor in El Paso, TX, and we only collect what we need to answer your questions, give you a quote and do the work.
It applies to every page on our site, starting with our home page, and to the conversations that come from it. If you want to know more about who we are before you reach out, our About page covers that.
What information we collect
Most of what we have comes straight from you, because you typed it into our contact form, called us or talked with our crew at your house. That usually includes:
Your name, phone number and email address, so we can get back to you.
The address of the property, so we can come out and look at the floor.
Details about the job, like the room, the size of the area, the condition of the concrete and any photos you choose to send.
Our contact form is run by an outside form service, so the information you enter passes through that service before it reaches us. We don't ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive details through the website.
Analytics and cookies
Like most websites, ours can collect some information on its own when you visit, such as the pages you looked at, how long you stayed, the type of device and browser you used, and the general area you visited from. We use this to see which pages help people and which ones need work, not to identify you.
Some of this comes from cookies, which are small files your browser saves so a site can remember a visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site will still work for reading and for reaching us.
How we use your information
We use what you give us to reply to you, schedule an estimate, prepare your quote, do the job and follow up afterward if something needs attention. We may also keep notes from the visit so that if you call back months later, we know what your floor looked like and what we talked about.
We don't sell your information, and we don't rent it out or trade it to marketing lists. We share it only when the job needs it, such as with a supplier or a form or email service that helps us run the business, or when the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details and job records for as long as they're useful for answering questions about your floor, honoring our work and keeping normal business and tax records. When we no longer need them, we delete them or stop keeping them in a form that points back to you.
If you reached out but never hired us, we usually clear out those inquiries after a reasonable time, and you can ask us to do it sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct anything that's wrong, or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we need to keep a record for a legal or accounting reason, and if so we'll tell you why.
You can also ask us to stop calling or emailing you about anything other than a job that's already underway. Just tell us, and we'll update our records.
Keeping your information safe
We take sensible steps to protect what you share, like limiting who on our team can see it and using reputable services for our forms and email. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send us anything you wouldn't want stored, such as account numbers or passwords.
Children's privacy
Our site is meant for adults arranging work on their homes and businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn that we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page so it always shows how we work today. Checking back now and then is the easiest way to stay current.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question about your information or want us to change or delete it, call us at (915) 265-1229 or send a note through our Contact page. We're reachable Mon–Fri from 7 AM to 10 PM and Sat–Sun from 6 AM to 11 PM, and we reply within 1 business day.
