Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or hire Anchor El Paso Epoxy Flooring for work at your home or business. By using the site, requesting a quote or booking a job with us, you agree to them.
If anything here conflicts with a written estimate or contract we sign with you for a specific job, the signed document controls for that job. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the site, and call us so we can talk it through before any work is scheduled.
What we do
Anchor El Paso Epoxy Flooring is a flooring contractor in El Paso, TX. We install epoxy, polyaspartic, metallic and urethane cement floors, polish, stain, grind, seal and resurface concrete, and remove old coatings for homes and businesses in El Paso and the cities around it. You can see the full list on our home page and read more about our crew on our about page.
The descriptions, photos and examples on this site are general information about our work. They aren't a promise that a particular finish, color or result will match your floor, because every slab is different and we only know its condition once we've seen it in person.
Estimates and pricing
We give free quotes on site, with no obligation. We come out to see the floor first because the price depends on the size of the area, the condition of the concrete, how much repair and grinding it needs, any old coating that has to come off, and the system and finish you choose.
A quote describes the work we expect to do based on what we can see. If we find something once the job is open that changes the scope, such as damaged concrete, moisture coming up through the slab or a hidden coating, we'll stop and explain it to you before doing any extra work. We won't add charges you haven't approved.
Scheduling and cancellation
We set a start date with you once you accept the quote. The schedule depends on the size of the job, the prep it needs, the cure times of the products and the weather, so we'll tell you how long the area needs to stay off limits and when it's ready for foot traffic, vehicles or furniture.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please call us at (915) 265-1229 as soon as you know. Any cancellation fee, or charge for materials already ordered for your job, will be stated in your written quote or contract. If weather, a product delay or a safety issue forces us to move your date, we'll let you know and set a new one with you.
Payment terms
Your written quote or contract states the total, any deposit and when each payment is due. Unless it says otherwise, the balance is due when the work is complete.
If a payment is late, we may pause further work until the account is current. You're responsible for reasonable collection costs on unpaid balances where Texas law allows them.
Your part of the job
Please clear the work area before we arrive, keep children and pets away while we work and while the floor cures, and tell us about anything we should know, such as past water problems, cracks or earlier coatings. That information changes how we prep the floor, so leaving it out can affect the result.
Following the care and cure instructions we give you matters, because driving on a floor or setting furniture down too early is one of the most common reasons a new coating fails.
Our guarantee and what it doesn't cover
We're fully licensed and insured, and your satisfaction is guaranteed. If something about our workmanship isn't right, call us and we'll come back and look at it. Any written warranty for your job, and how long it lasts, will be in your contract.
Our guarantee doesn't cover damage from misuse, impact, harsh chemicals the coating isn't rated for, skipped cure times, moisture or movement in the slab that we couldn't detect before work began, or repairs made by someone else. Product warranties come from the makers and follow their terms. Beyond what's written in your contract, we don't make other warranties, express or implied, to the extent Texas law allows.
Limits on our liability
To the extent Texas law allows, our total liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business, lost use of a space or the cost of storing belongings, unless the law requires otherwise.
Information on this website is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate, but we don't promise it's complete or current, and you shouldn't rely on it in place of an on-site look at your floor.
If we disagree
Most problems get solved with a phone call, so please call us first at (915) 265-1229 or reach us through our contact page. We'll look at the floor with you and try to make it right.
If we can't settle it that way, both sides agree to try good-faith negotiation before going to court. Any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts serving El Paso County, Texas.
Governing law
These terms and any work we do are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For jobs outside Texas, the law of the place where the work is done may also apply where it has to.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one in effect. Changes don't alter a contract you've already signed with us.
If you have a question about any of this, call (915) 265-1229 or send us a message through our contact page.
